Overview

The Dubai Pearl has been designed to become “the” new icon in Dubai.

It is a premium mixed-use development located directly in front of the Jumeirah Palm. Its prime location means that it has easy access to all the important transport links including the new Metro. It is approximately 50 minutes from the U.A.E. capital, Abu Dhabi, 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport and two minutes from the Emirates Golf Course – home of the Dubai desert Classic.

The Dubai Pearl consists of four glass and steel towers, joined at the top by three floors of sky palaces.   • Retail: A luxury shopping mall will house some of the world’s leading brands. The aim is to offer a 21st Century Covent Garden shopping experience, with themed restaurants and side-walk cafes.

The Dubai Pearl expects construction to be completed in the 4th quarter 2010 , with occupation in 1st quarter 2011.

The Office Towers are virtually sold out and the Residential Towers will be launched in early March 2008.
